Refund Policy

Submission of the Original Purchase Invoice

• Returns are allowed within 14 days from the purchase date if the item is in its original condition.
• Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase date if the item has a defect, provided there is a technical report from the authorized dealer confirming the defect.
• In the event of a defect within 30 days, the product can be delivered to the authorized dealer through us. The timeframe for issuing the report depends on the product's authorized dealer.
• The goods must be in their original condition.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
• The customer is entitled to a refund of the amount they actually paid, as recorded and specified in the sales invoice.
• Customers have the right to exchange the product for another item of the same value as stated on the invoice.
